We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to support our Human Resources team with daily operational activities. This role involves assisting with HR documentation, delivering internal communication, setting up interviews, maintaining cleanliness in the HR workspace, and supporting general office tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-mannered, trustworthy, and capable of handling responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with organizing and maintaining documents, files, and forms
- Set up interview rooms and assist with onboarding preparations (e.g., ID cards, welcome kits)
- Deliver internal communication, letters, and documents across departments
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the HR cabin, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Ensure pantry items and office supplies related to HR needs are stocked and organized
- Support in arranging internal meetings, training sessions, and staff events
- Run office errands and coordinate with the Admin team for general office maintenance
- Handle confidential documents and tasks with discretion and integrity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Admin or HR team
