We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop and Network Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other end-user IT equipment.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and ensure security patches are applied.

Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.

Troubleshoot network issues, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and DNS/DHCP problems.

Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.

Handle onboarding and offboarding of users, including hardware setup and email configuration.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers when needed.

Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
