Brief Description

Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (TECHNOPARK), a Society fully owned by the Government of Kerala offering world class infrastructure for IT/ITeS companies invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position in Thiruvananthapuram.

 Job Title:Junior Engineer-MEP on contract basis

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all Mechanical works especially like HVAC/ FPS including preparation/verification of estimates, monitoring of works, design, verification of bills, O&M of HVAC installations etc (All campuses) 

Terms of Appointment

  • Period of contract: 5 years – (1 year probation). Extendable based on mutual consent

  • Remuneration: Scale of pay - Rs 29200-62400 (Pre-revised) 

  • The selected candidate will also get DA, HRA and CCA at State government rates. Other perks as per the norms of Technopark

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Below 35 years as on 01.06.2025

Qualification & Experience 

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute (Full Time Course)

  • Candidate should have not less than minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in MEP projects/works involving HVAC systems like design, preparation of estimate, billing, supervision of works, Operations & Maintenance etc.

  • Candidate shall have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken English). 

Desirable Qualification & Experience

  • Experience/knowledge in IT Parks/Hotels/Hospitals, Knowledge in government procedures/works etc will be given preference.

General Conditions 

  • The present position is at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram; however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
