Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Trivandrum 
Industry: Software Products & Solutions

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to support International markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving software product sales through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
 
The working hours for the position will depend on the target geography.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline, following up with leads and moving them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products and be able to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and align on product positioning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' products to effectively position our solutions.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate software product features and benefits.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
