Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 6 years of expertise in Training & Development and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, facilitating skill development, and leading the end-to-end performance management cycle to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Conduct organizational training needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders.
Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with strategic goals.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI using feedback and performance data.
Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration and ensure timely content updates.
Identify and manage relationships with external training partners and vendors.
Lead initiatives to promote a learning culture and career development within the organization.
Performance Management
Lead the performance management process including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Train and support managers on performance evaluation techniques and feedback delivery.
Monitor consistency and fairness in performance ratings across departments.
Analyze performance trends and collaborate with HRBP/management to address gaps and recognize high performers.
Drive continuous improvement in performance management tools, policies, and communication.
Support succession planning and career pathing through performance data insights.
