Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage and streamline core HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, managing payroll coordination, employee benefits, and supporting HR analytics and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfers, and offboarding.
· Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and completeness.
· Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and statutory regulations.
2. Offboarding
· Facilitate smooth and compliant exits including notice period tracking, documentation, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
· Compile and analyze attrition data and generate insights to improve retention and offboarding practices.
3. Payroll & Compliance
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Validate inputs such as attendance, leave balances, salary revisions, commissions, incentives and tax declarations.
· Address payroll-related employee queries and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
4. Employee Benefits
· Administer employee benefit programs including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
· Act as the point of contact for benefit-related queries, claims, and policy clarifications.
· Coordinate with external providers for smooth execution and renewal of benefits programs.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
· Generate and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, demographics, and other key metrics.
· Analyze trends and support leadership with data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
