- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, site visits, and technical discussions or presentations.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, client interactions, meetings, and outcomes.
- Adhere to communication scripts and company protocols while engaging with clients.
- Clearly explain product features, service offerings, and benefits to customers to support sales conversion.
- Handle customer objections or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and market trends to relevant internal teams to support business development.
- Maintain strong coordination and rapport with clients, suppliers, system integrators, and internal teams.
- Schedule and manage calls or meetings between clients and internal team members.
- Support front office operations and assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
