Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, product descriptions, landing pages, and email newsletters.

Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors' content to inform our content strategy and ensure our content stands out.

Social Media Content: Create engaging social media ad content and captions that capture the attention of our target audience and drive engagement.

Technical Documentation: Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our CRM and chatbot products, including user guides and how-to articles.

SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with our business goals, focusing on driving customer engagement and lead generation.

Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure it meets our quality standards and adheres to our brand guidelines.

Minimal AI Dependency: While AI tools can assist in content creation, you should not fully depend on them. Your ability to craft unique, high-quality content is paramount.

Value-Added Content: Develop content that adds tangible value to our B2B business, helping to educate, inform, and persuade our target audience.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content writing, specifically within the software or technology industry. Experience with CRM, chatbot, or business automation products is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous software content writing work is mandatory. Please provide links to relevant content and submit a minimum of 5 articles, including blogs, social media ads, and captions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with B2B content writing.

Selection Process
As part of the selection process, you will be assigned a topic related to Picky Assist products and services, which can be found on our website or blog. You will need to identify a competitor and write a detailed blog post. This should be done with SEO keywords in mind, and the topic and target audience will be provided by us.
