Brief Description

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Strategic Sales Executive to drive new business growth and client acquisition. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through targeted marketing initiatives, lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion. You will play a critical role in positioning our messaging solutions to businesses, building relationships, and helping us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and outbound strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and customized messaging solutions.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in CPaaS, telecom, messaging APIs, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) products and messaging solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills and a proven ability to close deals.
