Brief Description

Job / Functional Title : Management Trainee - Kozhikode ( Intern)

Location - Kozhikode

Duration – 6 Months to 1 year

Organisation - Group of Technology Companies (GTech)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Building Activities:
    1. Foster collaboration among member IT companies.
    2. Organize networking events, workshops, and forums to strengthen the GTech community.
  2. Membership Development:
    1. Drive membership growth by identifying and onboarding new IT/ITeS companies.
    2. Maintain strong relationships with existing members and address their needs.
  3. Event Management:
    1. Plan and execute initiatives 
    2. Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and other flagship programs.
  4. Business Development:
    1. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance member benefits.
    2. Promote GTech’s initiatives to attract Sponsorships and strategic alliances.
  5. Operational Support:
    1. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and communication with stakeholders.
    2. Monitor and report on the progress of various projects.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

1.     MBA / PGDM

2.     Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

3.     Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
