Brief Description

Position: Manager - Operations

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Organization: Group of Technology Companies (GTech)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Building Activities:
    1. Foster collaboration among member IT companies.
    2. Organize networking events, workshops, and forums to strengthen the GTech community.
  2. Membership Development:
    1. Drive membership growth by identifying and onboarding new IT/ITeS companies.
    2. Maintain strong relationships with existing members and address their needs.
  3. Event Management:
    1. Plan and execute initiatives like the GTech Kerala Marathon.
    2. Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and other flagship programs.
  4. Business Development:
    1. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance member benefits.
    2. Promote GTech’s initiatives to attract investments and strategic alliances.
  5. Operational Support:
    1. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and communication with stakeholders.
    2. Monitor and report on the progress of various projects.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

1.     MBA / PGDM

2.     5+ years of experience in community building, event management, or business development.

3.     Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

4.     Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

1.     Experience in working with associations.

2.     Knowledge of the Kerala IT ecosystem.
