We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Client Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in the messaging and communication platform space. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through targeted marketing initiatives, lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion. You will play a critical role in positioning our messaging solutions to businesses, building relationships, and helping us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market opportunities for CPaaS solutions and expand the customer base through focused prospecting and relationship building.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and communication challenges across industries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities.
  • Gather feedback to inform product improvements and feature development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and resellers to drive long-term business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and customized messaging solutions.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and market responses.
  • Use CRM tools and marketing analytics to optimize lead generation and conversion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth management — preferably within the CPaaS, or communication technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) products and messaging solutions (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills and a proven ability to close deals.
