Brief Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 3–6 years of experience in the software development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
  • Present and promote company services to potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns to support business growth.
  • Conduct competitive market research and stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with product and development teams to provide client feedback and improve offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and technologies to support consultative selling.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
