Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines and marketing KPIs
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, marketing reports, and budget plans
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and brand-building activities
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives with tailored sales and marketing strategies
Requirements and Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing management
- Experience in technology or cybersecurity products is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer lifecycle
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
