Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of UI/UX projects.

Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage project scope and mitigate scope creep through proactive communication.

Team Management & Coordination:

Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members to maintain alignment with project objectives.

Client Interaction:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is translated into actionable project plans.

Present project deliverables, including prototypes and final designs, to clients.

Quality Assurance & Usability:
