Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Lead / Product Enablement Manager to strengthen our core product development processes. This role is pivotal in streamlining product delivery pipelines, ensuring operational visibility, and enabling seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, QA, and Executive Management.
This is an enablement-focused role, designed to maximize productivity, process transparency, and delivery accuracy without conflicting with engineering or product leadership functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement frameworks to optimize product delivery pipelines from concept to release.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across product lifecycle phases.

Coordinate with product managers, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams to improve cross-functional execution.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for product requirements, workflows, sprint rituals, and release notes.

Drive process metrics tracking across product and engineering teams.

Manage release readiness and retrospective processes in coordination with QA and DevOps.

Structure and monitor user feedback loops; organize insights from support, analytics, and customer interviews.

Serve as a process owner for tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and ensure consistent usage across teams.

Facilitate communication alignment among stakeholders through status dashboards, stand-up cadences, and sprint artifacts.

Support the organization in preparing internal and external audit documentation for core product development.
