HR Intern

Technopark is looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department. The tenure of appointment is 1 year.

Nature of Position: Internship

Essential Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree or Two years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR / Labour Law with 60% aggregate.
  • A good command of English & Malayalam language (Oral & written).

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Familiarity with workforce compliance standards and HRIS functionalities.

Number of Positions: 01 (One)

Duration: One year

Stipend:  A consolidated stipend of Rs.18,000/- per month.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions in the organization.
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of employee engagement programs, including events, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process, coordinating feedback collection and preparing detailed summaries for management review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with Technopark policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Oversee the management of the HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
  • Support employee training need identification process and collaborate with external training providers in arranging training / development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed HR reports that track key metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, recruitment, employee performance, and other relevant data.
  • Manage apprenticeship portal, including contract creation, attendance tracking, stipend reimbursements, and other allied activities.
  • Preparing contract agreements, drafting letters to govt, etc.
  • Assist in all other HR functions.
