We are seeking 2 enthusiastic Technical Support personnel with basic .NET & MS SQL development exposure within 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technically supporting client queries as well as assisting development team in maintaining high-quality software applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications.
- Support, develop, test, and maintain software applications using the .NET Core framework.
- Document software designs, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 Year in software development or technical support.
- Added advantage for candidates who have experience in Banking Domain.
