Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO of Technopark, inaugurated the two-month-long inter-company sports event, TECHNOLYMPIX, which aims to showcase the athletic prowess of IT professionals and promote a healthy lifestyle among them. The event will be organized by Natana, the arts, cultural, and sports club of IT Parks in Kerala. Shri Vishnu Nair, CEO, GTECH; Shri Deepu S Nath, MD, FAYA; Shri Baiju K.U, Executive Director, Zlink; Ms Anjana Thomas, President, Natana; and Shri Mukesh Nair, Secretary, Natana, were also present. Conceived as a mini Olympics, TECHNOLYMPIX sets a platform for employees of various IT companies to celebrate their teamwork, skill, and dynamic spirit in track and field, besides other games. Competitions will be held in various disciplines including sprint, long jump, high jump, triple jump, shot put, javelin throw, discus throw, hammer throw, swimming, badminton, chess, caroms, volleyball, basketball, throwball, table tennis, arm wrestling, CrossFit, and Mr. & Mrs. Physique.
